Job summary

Arkema in Mulberry, FL is seeking a Maintenance Operations & Storeroom Supervisor to lead daily maintenance tasks, coordinate contractors, and manage storeroom inventory to keep plant operations safe, reliable, and efficient.

The role oversees approximately $1.45 million in inventory, works with suppliers and engineering, creates purchase orders, and ensures CMMS data integrity while upholding safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Experience leading maintenance teams and managing work backlog.
• Strong inventory control and vendor performance tracking.
• Familiarity with CMMS and purchasing processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership to Maintenance Technicians and coordinate work orders to ensure safe, timely maintenance.
• Coordinate contractor activities and authorize work within guidelines.
• Manage maintenance, repair, and operations inventory valued ~ $1.45M and ensure stock availability and cost control.
• Source parts and materials, research root causes, and suggest improvements for plant reliability.
• Create and process purchase orders for maintenance and department needs with proper documentation.
• Maintain CMMS data integrity and track inventory usage and obsolescence.
• Promote safety and environmental standards in daily operations.
