Real Property Management Enterprises is seeking a Maintenance Operations Manager to coordinate, supervise, and improve the day-to-day operations of the in-house maintenance department across managed residential properties.

You will serve as the primary operational link between Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, residents, property owners, vendors, and company leadership, ensuring work orders are efficiently managed and completed in a cost-effective manner.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of residential property repairs and maintenance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, supervise, and improve daily in-house maintenance operations.
• Serve as the primary operational link between property managers, maintenance technicians, residents, property owners, vendors, and company leadership.
• Ensure work orders are properly assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Focus on in-house maintenance productivity, work-order management, technician supervision, quality control, scheduling, and materials management.
• Act as liaison between third-party vendors and in-house property managers.
• Be hands-on, organized, responsive, and capable of holding maintenance personnel accountable for productivity, workmanship, communication, safety, and completion of assigned work.

Job Summary

The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for coordinating, supervising, and improving the day-to-day operations of the company's in-house maintenance department across managed residential properties.

This position serves as the primary operational link between Property Managers, Maintenance Technicians, residents, property owners, vendors, and company leadership. The Maintenance Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring maintenance work orders are properly assigned, scheduled, completed, documented, billed, and closed in a timely and cost-effective manner.

The primary focus of this position is in-house maintenance productivity, work-order management, technician supervision, quality control, scheduling, materials management, and accountability.

The secondary focus of this position is as point of contact/liaison between third-party vendors and in-house property managers.

The successful candidate will be hands-on, organized, responsive, and capable of holding maintenance personnel accountable for productivity, workmanship, communication, safety, and completion of assigned work.
