Qualifications

• Associate or equivalent technical certification with 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Experience with CMMS and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to lead team meetings.
• Ability to troubleshoot mechanical or electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site safety protocols and housekeeping standards, including 5S, to maintain a secure work environment.
• Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Manage daily maintenance workflows, including work order prioritization and scheduling.
• Provide mentorship and professional development coaching to maintenance personnel.
• Collaborate with site leadership to monitor KPIs and manage departmental resources (labor and materials).
• Serve as primary point of contact for status updates and communicate equipment health and project timelines to stakeholders.
