Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Significant experience in gas lift, artificial lift, completions, or oilfield service operations.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience leading customer-facing field operations and complex rig-site activities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, procedures, and specifications.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex gas lift and packer installations, retrievals, and service operations.
• Serve as the primary customer contact and rig-site lead, coordinating activities and resolving operational challenges.
• Validate equipment readiness, job designs, and field modifications to ensure successful execution.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions on gas lift systems and related equipment.
• Support shop operations through equipment inspection, testing, repair, and quality assurance activities.
• Maintain maintenance records, service documentation, and inventory controls while ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Evaluate non-conforming equipment and recommend rework, repair, or replacement solutions.
• Coordinate contractors and internal teams to support repairs, maintenance, and operational projects.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to technicians and field personnel.
• Promote and uphold all company safety, quality, and environmental standards.
