Job summary

H.B. Fuller Company is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure safe and efficient maintenance of production equipment. You will oversee the maintenance department, manage personnel, and develop preventive and predictive programs to support continuous operations.

The role requires leadership of maintenance teams, coordination with production management, and oversight of repair projects. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered based on education, experience, and location.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electronics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering or a similar field and at least 5 years of experience.
• Or successful completion of a vocational school or associate’s degree in similar fields and 7 years of experience.
• Or 10 years of experience in maintenance as a technician or mechanic.

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute maintenance projects with the maintenance team.
• Maintain and update the preventative maintenance schedule.
• Report non-conformances and work to correct them.
• Issue purchase order requests for maintenance projects.
• Evaluate maintenance support staff for training needs.
• Plan and oversee repair and installation activities.
• Identify critical spare parts, monitor inventory and re-order as necessary.
• Maintain maintenance logs.
• Manage relationships with contractors and outside service providers.
