The Maintenance Manager is responsible for ensuring safe and proper maintenance and repair of production equipment. This position will oversee all aspects of the maintenance department including managing personnel, preventative/predictive maintenance programs, spearheading maintenance projects and coordinating with Production Team Management. This person should be a well‑rounded individual who is self‑started looking to lead a team of professionals.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000.
