Job summary

C. H. Guenther & Son is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead teams in predictive and preventive maintenance across plant, facilities, and utility systems.

You will oversee development and day-to-day supervision of maintenance processes, including TPM, SOPs, safety, and documentation to ensure high equipment reliability. The role requires leadership in scheduling repairs, tracking KPIs, and training staff while coordinating with Production to minimize downtime and maximize throughput.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance supervision experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Directs maintenance crews in installation, repair and preventive maintenance of equipment.
• Develops and maintains maintenance systems, processes, and documentation (TPM, SOPs, Safety).
• Schedules maintenance with Production and tracks performance via KPIs.
• Trains staff on methods and safety, maintains records and reports to management.
• Ensures resources have proper skill levels and manages job execution quality, duration, and cost.
