Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Licensed in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.) preferred.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable MVR required (property specific).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and handle financial information and basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance crew, assign projects, and drive daily operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance and address guest requests promptly.
• Ensure safety and tackle hazards quickly and effectively.
• Coordinate engineering team schedules and activities.
• Respond to guest room fixes with a positive, fast service mindset.
• Regularly inspect grounds, lighting, irrigation, and facilities for health codes.
• Maintain maintenance records and assist with meetings and events.
