Job summary

C&W Services is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead the maintenance and facility support at our Riverside, CA site. This role focuses on safety, efficiency, and meeting customer expectations while directing a team of technicians and coordinators in preventative and predictive maintenance, especially for conveyor systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in a related field and at least five years of maintenance management experience, with strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance management with supervision experience.
• Extensive experience in predictive and preventive maintenance of conveyor systems.
• Experience with conveyor systems and robotic maintenance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for maintenance operations.
• Champion safety initiatives and foster a safety-first culture.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and understand customer needs.
• Mentor and develop team members for growth and retention.
• Prepare and manage budgets and P&L for the facility.
• Ensure maintenance process development and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee adherence to federal, state and local regulations.
• Develop and maintain key performance metrics for efficiency.
