Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Maintenance Manager in Riverside, CA to lead a team responsible for preventative and predictive maintenance, with an emphasis on conveyor systems and robotics. This full-time role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of maintenance leadership experience.

You will manage budgets, safety programs, regulatory compliance and performance metrics while building strong client relationships and guiding staff development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial maintenance, engineering, management, or related field.
• 5+ years in maintenance management with supervision, planning/scheduling and estimating.
• Proven experience in preventive and predictive maintenance of conveyor systems.
• Robotic maintenance experience preferred.
