Job summary

INEOS is seeking an Acetic Acid Maintenance Coordinator to manage and coordinate maintenance activities within an assigned unit, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable operations through effective planning, scheduling, and execution. The role interfaces with operations, engineering, and contractors to align priorities and maintain asset availability.

Emphasis on safety leadership, incident reporting, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full maintenance workflow including identification, prioritization, planning, scheduling, and execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Lead daily and weekly planning and scheduling meetings to align maintenance execution with operational priorities and resource availability.
• Ensure maintenance work scopes are clearly defined, technically sound, and aligned with best practices and manufacturer recommendations.
• Drive schedule compliance by coordinating resources, removing execution barriers, and monitoring progress against plan.
• Ensure all maintenance procedures are followed and work is executed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
• Coordinate execution of maintenance activities during routine operations as well as planned shutdowns and unplanned outages.
• Support development of job plans and work packages to enable efficient execution by maintenance teams.
