Job summary

INEOS Oxide is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor to direct and optimize maintenance activities for our petrochemical plant. You will lead safety-focused execution, ensure reliability targets, and coordinate with operations and contractors to maintain asset integrity.

The role requires extensive maintenance experience in a chemical environment, strong SAP Plant Maintenance skills, and leadership capability to mentor teams while driving continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of maintenance or operations experience in a petrochemical facility.
Strong SAP experience especially in Plant Maintenance.
Proven safety leadership and safety program adherence.
Excellent communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
Experience supervising and developing maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Direct maintenance execution including preventative, predictive, and corrective tasks.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and process safety requirements.
Lead incident investigations, audits, and risk assessments.
Coordinate work with operations, maintenance crews, and vendors.
Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and cost control.
