International Paper in Garden City, KS seeks a Maintenance New Hire to diagnose, repair, and install plant mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems. You will perform lubrication, PMs, welding, fabrication, and equipment upgrades to keep production running efficiently.
The role requires reading mechanical/hydraulic diagrams, using SAP for work orders, and collaborating in a safety-focused team. OT/weekends may be required; own tools are needed. This is a safety-sensitive position.
