Job summary

Qualified Staffing seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician Millwright to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heavy industrial machinery in Adairsville, GA. You will support automated paint line systems, perform preventive maintenance, and fabricate parts in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on experience in welding (MIG/TIG/Stick), hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical certification or associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years hands-on industrial maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, repair and maintain heavy industrial equipment.
• Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Support automated paint line systems and production equipment.
• Weld and fabricate components as needed.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems and replace seals or components.
• Diagnose and repair electrical components and control panels.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
