stow Group is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to service our Adairsville, GA facility. You will handle millwright tasks, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems, and fabrication to keep our industrial equipment running at peak performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Millwright, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience focusing on millwright tasks, welding, hydraulics, electrical systems and paint booth systems.
• Welding certifications (AWS) preferred; forklift and overhead crane operation certification a plus.
• Proficient in MIG, TIG, and Stick welding; strong fabrication and mechanical troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, dismantle, repair, and maintain heavy machinery and equipment, including conveyors, pumps, motors, and hydraulic systems.
• Align and calibrate machinery using precision tools to meet specifications.
• Perform preventive maintenance to identify and address issues before downtime.
• Maintain Automated Paint Line systems and related equipment.
• Weld, cut, and fabricate metal components for modifications and repairs.
• Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems; replace seals, gaskets, hoses.
• Diagnose electrical components and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory; report hazards.
