Job summary

Georgia-Pacific's Oriented Strand Board (OSB) plant in Hosford, Florida seeks a skilled Maintenance Millwright. This hourly role requires safe work practices, troubleshooting and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.

After onboarding, some shifts may move to a 12-hour rotating schedule including nights and overtime. Opportunities for growth, a retention bonus, and potential variable pay are offered along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One or more years' experience in a maintenance role.
• Completion of an approved apprentice program, associate degree or trade school certification in mechanical field.
• Experience with welding and fabrication helpful.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines.
• Troubleshoot, install, align, dismantle, repair and maintain industrial equipment.
• Perform periodic maintenance to prevent downtime and failures.
• Work in a loud, high-volume environment for extended periods.
• Communicate maintenance needs with operations personnel.
