IQ Resource Group, Inc. is hiring Maintenance Mechanics for full-time roles at our Green Bay, Wisconsin site. The positions cover 2nd and 3rd shifts with pay scales per shift and include bonuses and comprehensive benefits after probation and direct hire.

The role focuses on maintaining and improving production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should have a solid mechanical background, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to food safety and workplace

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of technical education or equivalent mechanical/electrical experience.
• Forklift certification and LOTO training preferred (will recertify as needed).
• Strong attendance and safety record required.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and tolerate heat/cold.
• Computer skills for timekeeping and task documentation.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems.
• Troubleshoot motors, belts, conveyors, pneumatics, and basic controls.
• Use manuals, sketches, and schematics to guide repairs.
• Maintain accurate records of work completed.
• Support clean, safe operations in compliance with GMP and quality standards.
• Work with power tools, hand tools, hoists, and lifting equipment.
• Communicate clearly with team members and leadership.

Now Hiring: Maintenance Mechanics We’re hiring full-time Maintenance Mechanics to join a skilled team supporting the safe, efficient operation of production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. These are year-round, permanent roles with opportunities on all shifts.

Position:

Maintenance Mechanic

Wage:

• 1st Shift – $29.00/hr
• 2nd Shift – $29.75/hr
• 3rd Shift – $30.50/hr (All shifts include bonuses and full benefits after probation and direct hire)

Location:

Green Bay, WI

Schedule:

Full-time, 2nd and 3rd shift availability
