Bison Bag is seeking Maintenance Mechanics for Lockport, NY, on 10- and 12-hour shifts. 2nd shift employees receive a 7.5% shift differential. The role focuses on diagnosing and repairing electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and maintaining production equipment.

Ideal candidates will have strong troubleshooting skills, welding and machining experience, and a safety-first mindset. This is a stable, growth-oriented manufacturing environment with competitive pay based on experience.

Formación

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Welding and machining experience is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair issues in electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform light electrical work as needed on the production floor.
• Troubleshoot to minimize downtime and keep equipment running at peak performance.
• Maintain and service manufacturing equipment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and preventative maintenance efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills (required)
• Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic systems and light commercial electrician experience
• Welding and machining experience (a strong plus)
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-focused
