Qualifications

• Experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical repair skills.
• Able to read blueprints and use hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production and packaging equipment.
• Perform mechanical work involving bearings, assembly, disassembly, power transmission, rigging, and lubrication.
• Complete bench work using common hand tools.
• Assist experienced mechanics with electrical systems and components.
• Perform basic pipefitting involving water, steam, and air lines using steel, plastic, and copper piping.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on designated equipment.
• Assist with equipment overhauls and major maintenance projects.
• Identify potential equipment issues and communicate concerns to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with troubleshooting and diagnosing machine failures.
• Learn and operate a variety of shop equipment and machinery.
• Assist with job layouts and determining materials needed for maintenance projects.
• Maintain required hand tools and equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Starting Pay: $30.65/hour + shift & weekend differentials

Compensation

Starting Pay: $30.65/hour

Plus: +$1.25/hour for 2nd Shift, +$2.00/hour for 3rd Shift, +$1.00/hour for weekend work

Schedule

• 1st Shift: 6: 00 AM-2: 30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 2: 00 PM–10: 30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 10: 00 PM-6: 00 AM

Working weekends and holidays are required based on your schedule/production needs
