• Position Type: Full Time
• Salary Range: $28.00 - $37.00 Hourly
• Job Shift: Night

Key Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance in a timely manner.
• Read sketches, prints, operating instructions and proceed accordingly.
• Test and time machinery.
• Is able to repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and time food processing equipment.
• Is able to repair, adjust, troubleshoot, and time weigh scales, metal detectors, and case printers.
• Fabricate and assemble parts to construct machinery and equipment.
• Proficient in MIG and TIG welding processes.
• Demonstrated welding skills with all metals, especially stainless steel.
• Check materials and parts and makes requests for same.
• Understand food processing equipment computer control systems.

Requirements

• Forklift experience - must be certified.
• Must demonstrate the ability to complete tasks assigned and provide positive inputs to set priorities and the ability to make sound decisions while working on tasks in a timely manner.
• Ability to occasionally lift and carry heavy items, up to 60 lbs.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving skills.
• Must be punctual and regular attendance required.
