Your responsibilities include supporting preventive maintenance to keep equipment running efficiently, diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical systems under supervision, applying safety

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Willingness to learn under guidance of experienced maintenance professionals.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to operate hand, power, and specialized tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance tasks to keep equipment running efficiently.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems under supervision.
• Learn and apply safety protocols during maintenance activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and equipment conditions.
• Participate in on-the-job learning to develop technical skills.
• Collaborate with senior maintenance staff on projects.
