Tyson Foods is hiring for a Plant Maintenance Generalist and offers opportunities across shifts in a fast-paced plant environment in the United States. You will train in preventative maintenance, learn CMMS, and work with diverse teams to keep equipment running smoothly.

Responsibilities include repairs, machine adjustments, and safety compliance. Internal candidates are prioritized and relocation is not offered. Excellent benefits and growth programs are available.

Qualifications

• 3 months mechanical experience or enrolled/completed automotive/mechanical training.
• Ability to learn and operate maintenance management software (CMMS).
• Willingness to work all shifts and follow safety procedures.
• Internal candidates prioritized; external candidates considered if qualified.

Responsibilities

• Train to perform preventative maintenance on assigned equipment and rebuild where needed.
• Perform facility repairs, machine adjustments during production, and repair equipment as necessary.
• Learn the CMMS and communicate with proper personnel in a fast-paced environment.
• Shift/department rotation may occur; abide by all safety regulations.
