Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience working in an industrial maintenance environment.
• 1 year of experience with electrical and mechanical systems in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand and comply with SH&E standards, actively promote safe practices, and complete monthly safety observations.
• Proactively propose and implement improvements to existing maintenance practices and product quality.
• Record non-conformances on equipment and report to Maintenance Team Leader.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and develop solutions for quality management.
• Perform planned and preventive maintenance tasks and ensure on-time completion; handle electrical, welding, plumbing, and PLC related work as needed.
