Superior Beverage Group in Solon, OH seeks a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician to keep high‑speed production equipment, facility, and fleet running safely and efficiently.

You will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, manage repairs, and maintain clean, safe work areas while collaborating with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance on machinery, facility systems, and fleet vehicles.

Shift Times Available

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM- 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM- 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM- 7:30 AM

What You Will Be Doing

Qualifications

To be successful as a Maintenance Mechanic/Technician at Superior Beverage Group, you’ll need a strong foundation in mechanical and electrical systems, a proactive approach to preventative maintenance, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly in a fast-paced environment. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

• Hands-on experience with industrial equipment, machinery, and fleet maintenance
• Mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills in a production or warehouse setting
• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy items (up to 168 lbs) regularly
• Familiarity with hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and material handling gear
• Strong communication skills to relay issues and coordinate with vendors and team members
• Organizational skills to manage work orders, inventory, and maintenance schedules
• Commitment to safety protocols and maintaining a clean, compliant work environment
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for fleet-related tasks
