Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with PLCs and drives, hydraulics and pneumatics, MIG/ARC welding, metal fabrication.
• Ability to read schematics and work independently with safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety policies and OSHA regulations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot machinery and implement corrective actions.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Train and support new maintenance team members.
