Gibraltar is seeking a skilled Maintenance A to plan, lay out and perform installation, maintenance and repair to keep plant machinery and equipment in peak condition. Located in Lancaster, PA, the role operates on a 3rd shift (10:30pm–7:00am) and requires a strong mechanical background with capability to read drawings and fabricate parts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school preferred.
• 5+ years as a maintenance mechanic or similar role.
• Ability to fabricate, repair, replace or install components per drawings.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plant equipment, machines and auxiliaries.
• Read and interpret drawings for replacement parts and assemblies.
• Perform troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
• Use precision instruments and hand/power tools to service equipment.
• Rebuild roll forming, stamping and ancillary equipment.
• Inspect equipment conditions and maintain repair records.
