Job summary

Consolidated Precision Products Corp. is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic for our plant in Braintree, MA. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager and focuses on minimizing downtime with daily collaboration across maintenance and operations teams.

The position requires 3 years in industrial maintenance and a two-year technical degree or equivalent. PLCs and VFDs experience, preferably Allen-Bradley, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3 years of previous experience in a technical maintenance role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Two year technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs, especially Allen-Bradley protocols, is strongly preferred.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic equipment.
• Prioritize safety-related work orders to protect all CPP team members.
• Perform scheduled preventive/predictive maintenance and emergency repairs.
• Contribute to fabrication projects using a lathe/mill and welding equipment.
