Job summary

TJX Companies in Memphis is seeking an industrial maintenance technician to troubleshoot PLC/Profibus controls, install and repair electrical and mechanical systems, and maintain material handling equipment.

You will perform preventative maintenance, welding, and general building repairs, with Friday-Sunday shifts and opportunities for growth; competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Troubleshoot PLC and Profibus control and InControl Ware system.
Maintain, troubleshoot and repair mechanical hydraulic, and pneumatic systems including those found on lift truck equipment.
Install, maintain, and repair conveyor systems.
Welding duties to include layout, fabrication, cutting, and welding of various types of structural and light duty metals in a maintenance environment.
Perform preventative maintenance on all material handling equipment.
Performs safety inspections and record maintenance as assigned.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot PLC/Profibus controls and InControl Ware systems.
Maintain electrical and mechanical systems in the facility.
Repair hydraulic and pneumatic machinery including lift trucks.
Inspect safety and operating conditions and document maintenance.
