Job summary

Leggett Dynamics is seeking a Mechanic Level 2 to support 3rd shift (9pm-7am) and 2nd shift (12pm-10pm) in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves timely repairs, machine maintenance, and assisting in keeping equipment operational across up to six 10-hour days per week.

Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent and at least 24 months of experience, with strong safety records, the ability to follow instructions, and forklift operation certification.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial/mechanical maintenance is preferred.
• Must understand safety procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Timely repairs of equipment and systems.
• Maintenance of machinery to reduce downtime.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and perform preventive maintenance.
• Maintain logs and daily work forms.
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery equipment and systems.
• Assist with facility construction/renovation when needed.

Mechanic Level 2

Shift: Two for 3rd shift (9pm-7am), One for 2nd shift (12pm-10pm). 10‑hour shifts per day up to 6 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Timely repairs
• Parts and machine assembly
• Maintenance of machinery to reduce and eliminate downtime
• Assist in keeping equipment operational
• Preventative maintenance and inspection tasks
• Complete facility work orders
• Maintain maximum reliability and functionality
• Install, repair, and maintain machinery equipment, physical structures, pipes, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems
• Troubleshoot equipment problems
• Assist with preventive and predictive maintenance
• Construction and renovation work when necessary
• Complete daily work logs and maintenance forms
• Maintain clean work areas and ensure equipment functions correctly after repairs

Requirements

• Adhere to lock‑out/tag‑out procedures

Education & Experience

Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent. Experience: 24 months. Drug Testing: 7‑Panel. Minimum Age: 18.
