Job summary

Monster Energy is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic for our Phoenix, AZ facility. You will perform preventative maintenance, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency.

Preferred candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing or Engineering, 3-5 years of maintenance experience, and at least 1 year in the beverage industry. Proficiency with CMMS and MS Office is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
3-5 years of experience in maintenance mechanic or technician roles.
Minimum 1 year of experience in beverage industry.
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics with problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair equipment and systems to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiencies.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Maintain records using CMMS and perform root cause analysis; work from schematics and drawings.
Maintain and monitor HVAC, fire/alarm, generators, lighting, and other production support systems.
Ensure a safe work environment and collaborate with cross-department teams.
