Bostik is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic in Conyers, GA. The role involves repairing and maintaining production equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting continuous improvement with a focus on safety and reliability.

You will work with production teams and contractors in an on-site environment, handling electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. A strong maintenance background and PLC familiarity are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma with continuing education or certifications in industrial maintenance.
• 3–10 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong troubleshooting across electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and maintenance systems (e.g., SAP).
• Preferred PLC experience (Allen Bradley / Siemens), welding or blueprint reading.

Aufgaben

• Repair and maintain manufacturing, packaging, and material handling equipment with minimal supervision.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
• Troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems to resolve issues.
• Support continuous improvement efforts including root cause analysis and small equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with production teams, vendors, and contractors while maintaining safety and compliance.
