Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a skilled Maintenance Mechanic III to support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facility systems. In this role you will help maximize equipment reliability and minimize downtime while supporting a safe, efficient production environment.

The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience and enjoys solving problems and driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 3–5 years industrial maintenance experience.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills; read electrical schematics.
Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems; CMMS experience.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment.
Support and troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley or similar).
Perform electrical work on industrial systems up to 480V, 3-phase.
Diagnose equipment failures and assist with root cause analysis.
Perform preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Adjust, calibrate, and support equipment setup to ensure quality production.
Document maintenance activities using the CMMS system.
Recommend equipment and process improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and PPE requirements.
Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, and leadership teams.
Support overtime, weekends, and emergency maintenance needs as required.
