TE Connectivity seeks a maintenance technician in Redwood City, CA, to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and support the maintenance and engineering teams. The role requires reading blueprints, operating and maintaining machinery, and welding (MIG/TIG).

Qualifications

• Requires HS Diploma/GED with 4+ years of related experience.
• Experience reading electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic blueprints.
• Proficiency with measurement tools (micrometers, oscilloscopes, amp meters, gauges).

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoots advanced mechanical and/or electrical breakdowns.
• Assists with preventive and emergency maintenance.
• Replaces parts (motors, drives) as required.
• Understands PLC programs for machinery.
• Fabrication, MIG/TIG welding is required.
• Provides technical support for maintenance and engineering.
• Completes work orders and repair logs.
• Provides training to maintenance personnel.
• Follows safety guidelines (lockout/tagout).
• Overtime may be required.
• Other maintenance projects as assigned.
