Dignity Health - Glendale Memorial Hospital is seeking a skilled Maintenance Mechanic III to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and systems. You will troubleshoot, inspect, and repair a wide range of machinery and building systems to keep hospital operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED at hire.
• Boiler Operator license required in CA at hire.
• HVAC Universal Technician certification required in CA at hire.
• Driver's license valid in CA at hire.
• Preferred: Locksmith license in CA.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair hospital facilities, including walls, plumbing, lighting, doors, beds, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints, diagrams, and equipment manuals to guide maintenance work.
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and HVAC systems; troubleshoot and repair as needed.
• Manage boiler and chiller plants, water treatment, and distribution systems for patient comfort and safety.
• Close work orders on time, document tasks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
