The Moorings of Arlington Heights is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic 3 to join the Maintenance Department in Arlington Heights, IL. This full-time role covers plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical repairs, and flooring, with a schedule Monday–Friday, rotating weekends, 8:00am–4:00pm, and on-call 24/7.

• Install or repair hot water heaters.
• Replace switches, receptacles, wiring, etc.
• Install woodbase, flooring, glass, etc.
• Performs other duties as requested.
