The Moorings of Arlington Heights, part of Presbyterian Living, is hiring a Maintenance Mechanic 3 for a full-time role in Arlington Heights, IL. Typical shift is 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday–Friday with rotating weekends; on-call duties are 24/7.

Qualifications

• Highschool / GED required; trade school preferred.
• 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• HVAC certification preferred but not required.
• English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to routine and emergency maintenance service calls promptly and professionally.
• Repair or replace plumbing components such as faucets, drains, mixing valves, and toilets.
• Install or repair electric and gas water heaters.
• Replace electrical switches, receptacles, wiring, and other related components.
• Install or repair flooring, wood or vinyl base, trim, and glass as needed.
