Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in West Memphis, AR is seeking a Mechanic ManufacturingII to repair and maintain production assets. You will respond to equipment breakdowns, perform planned and unplanned maintenance, and help improve efficiency while maintaining safety and a clean work environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of related experience or 2 years of college/training, plus PLC experience and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years of related work experience or 2 years of college/technical training.
• Preferred 2+ years in plant maintenance with high-speed production equipment or relevant technical schooling/certification.

Responsibilities

• Ensures operation of machinery by completing preventive maintenance on motors, tools, conveyors, and production machines.
• Locates sources of problems by observing mechanical devices and testing instruments.
• Monitors and maintains equipment by completing PMs, work orders, and proper paperwork.
• Controls downtime by informing production workers and assisting to keep the line running efficiently.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
