Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Mechanic ManufacturingII to repair and maintain all assets in the production facility. This role responds quickly to equipment breakdowns and performs planned and unplanned work to keep the line running safely and efficiently.

You will follow SOPs, read blueprints and electrical prints, and use PLCs to troubleshoot and adjust speeds, temperatures, and hydraulics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years of work experience or 2 years of college/technical training.
• Experience with high-speed production equipment preferred.
• Experience with PLCs required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on motors, pneumatic tools, conveyors, and production machines.
• Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices and using testing instruments.
• Complete PMs, work orders, and inventory paperwork accurately.
• Assist production to keep the line running efficiently.
• Make design improvements to improve production efficiency.
