Qualifications

• 2+ years direct maintenance experience or equivalent
• Ability to read English safety and maintenance instructions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer and handheld device skills for documenting work
• Resourceful, independent, and team-oriented
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Document work, parts usage, and repairs in the maintenance system
• Collaborate with leaders, vendors, and team members to resolve issues
• Maintain machines, tools, and facility systems through routine repairs and basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or welding support
