Job summary

Connor is seeking a skilled maintenance technician to repair and maintain production and facility equipment, install new machinery, and manage preventative maintenance programs.

The candidate should be a full journeyman in Machine Repair, Plant Mechanic, or Millwright, with the ability to read mechanical and electrical prints, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics, and performed pipe fitting for air, water, and hydraulics.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in related field; beverage experience a plus.
• Ability to read schematics and read/mechanical/electrical drawings.
• Must be computer literate; Excel and Word; MP2 software; PLC experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain high speed production equipment.
• Perform changeovers and troubleshoot as needed.
• Apply basic electrical skills and safety procedures (Lock Out Tag Out, OSHA training).
• Schedule and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Respond to line calls from supervisors/operators and lead maintenance efforts.
