• May handle more complex assignments across multiple systems or departments.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installs and maintains motors and specialized equipment.
