Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Technician to join the Wheaton St. Joseph team in Milwaukee, WI. This full-time, day-shift role focuses on preventive maintenance, repairs, and system diagnostics across a variety of building systems.

You will work with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, ensuring reliable operation and safety. A trade school graduate with related experience is preferred; 4 years of experience is noted in the posting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• 4 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of relevant education or experience.
• Experience with HVAC, electrical, plumbing and mechanical systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems.
• May handle complex multi-system maintenance and cross-department projects.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmithing, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical systems.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems.
• Installs and maintains motors and specialized equipment.
