Job summary

Medxcel is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance at the Columbia St/ Mary's Hospital - Ozaukee Campus in Mequon, WI. The role covers preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems across assigned facilities.

Qualified candidates graduate from trade school with at least 2 years of related experience or an equivalent combination.

• Graduate of trade school.
• 2 years of related experience.
• Equivalent education or experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May handle more complex tasks across multiple systems or departments.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installs and maintains motors and specialized equipment.

Qualifications
