Qualifications

• Must have 4 years of related experience.
• Graduate of trade school with 2 years of experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, troubleshoots, diagnoses, and repairs mechanical systems and equipment for assigned facilities.
• May be assigned more complex maintenance tasks involving multiple systems or cross-departmental work.
• Specialized knowledge in locksmith, HVAC, motors, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems required.
• Repairs heating, lighting, cooling, plumbing, ventilation systems and equipment.
• Installation and maintenance of motors and specialized equipment.
