Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Adheres to compliance requirements and hospital policies.
• Supervises technical staff as assigned.
• Installs, maintains, and repairs electric motors, generators, and related equipment.
• Maintains lighting, circuits, alarm systems, plumbing, HVAC components and related systems.
• Performs minor construction and repairs to building components and finishes.
• Operates power tools and equipment safely.
• Maintains records and documents readings and purchases.
• Maintains infection control and safety standards.
• Regular and prompt attendance; able to work overtime as needed.
