Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing, inspection, implementation, and upkeep of facility equipment, structures, and systems.
• Performs routine maintenance on HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems, including minor repairs.
• Ensures high-traffic areas remain safe and clear of debris, hazards, snow, and ice.
• Manages distribution of materials, moving furniture, equipment, and files between locations or storage.
• Conducts daily checks and basic repairs on medical transport gear, nurse call systems, and utility panels while following safety codes.
