Qualifications

• Trade school certification or equivalent maintenance experience.
• Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and basic fabrication.
• Familiar with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights.
• Must pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on motors, conveyors, pumps, and processing equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Replace worn components and assist with new machinery installations.
• Document maintenance activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Mentor junior mechanics and coordinate with supervisors.
