Kurt Manufacturing is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic II for the 2nd shift to repair and maintain production machinery. You will diagnose issues, rebuild components, and perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of related industrial experience; 4 years and electrical certifications are preferred. A 20% shift differential applies to the base pay for the 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent GED.
• 2 years of related experience in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, maintain machinery and equipment used in production.
• Diagnose machine malfunctions and operating difficulties.
• Rebuild machines and replace worn components as needed.
• Inspect parts using measuring instruments and ensure tolerances.
• Adjust functional parts and control instruments.
• Fabricate repair parts with machine shop tools and equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on production machines per manuals.
