Responsibilities

Provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests.
Troubleshoot general plumbing problems and repair.
Troubleshoot general electrical problems and repair.
Troubleshoot general HVAC problems and repair.
Troubleshoot general carpentry problems and repair.
Read and adjust pool equipment.
Operate snow removal equipment.
Conduct all work in a safe manner, and encourage others to work safely as well.
Be attentive to the conditions of the building, and if necessary, alert management of guest safety issues.
Critically evaluate problems and correctly apply new solutions.
