Job summary

Riverside Casino & Golf Resort in Iowa is hiring a Facilities/EVS Associate to support daily maintenance and restorative services across the property. You will work with the project team to maintain assets, assist with supply orders, and adapt to events and weather requiring shift changes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• One year facility services maintenance or environmental services experience preferred.
• Must be courteous and able to build positive relationships with guests and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service at all times.
• Schedule flexibility to work days, nights, weekends as needed.
• Ensure projects are completed safely, timely, and with quality.
• Support RCGR team to meet guest needs and maintain high standards.
• Maintain and manage FAC equipment and cleaning supplies.
• Be part of a project team maintaining/refurbishing facility assets.
• Assist with emergencies and restorative services as needed.
